Sometimes I get really hungry late at night and I tend to go for a full meal. Last night needs to be the last time. And you'll see why...
8:00am Slim Fast Shake
11:00am Slim Fast Snack Bar
1:00pm Caesar Salad and a Kellogg Protein Bar
3:30pm Slim Fast Snack Bar
6:15pm Smart Ones Breakfast Sandwich
9:00pm Homemade Ice cream (about a cup)
12:00am From Wendy's: Grilled Chicken Sandwich, Small Fry, 5 Chicken Nuggets
I ate more at midnight then I did at lunch time. Pretty sad once you think about it. And I didn't wait a full hour before sleeping. These late nights will be the end of me. Either way, starting tonight, I'm going to start exercising before dinner. I'm going to use the exercise DVDs that came with the package as well as use a massage hula hoop. I'll probably have more details tomorrow about my exercise plan.
