Day 1 Ordering

I've been trying everything I can find for diets and I can't seem to make any stick or work well. I did drop 40 lbs after cutting down my soda intake but I can't seem to find any more. I've been on the Slim Fast diet, tried using the Slim Quick water additives, and I exercise every chance I get. Which isn't as often as I like but at least I'm not refraining from exercising at all.

So I have just purchased the Food Lovers Fat Loss program today. I'll make my next post once it arrives. I'm going to make posts and let you know about my progress. Once a week, I'm going to weigh myself, measure my waist, and take pictures to keep a record of my progress. I'm hoping it'll help keep me motivated.

My goal, to look good in a bikini before the end of summer!!!!
